So I would like to ask anyone out there if they may have been having or have had a similar problem as I am having. Ever since the 4.0 update my Aion has become more broken by the update. I was able to update to 4.0 fine but there are things that I am missing from that update ie the new skill that was new back then ( momentous rush 1, a chanter skill). Also ever since I have started playing my characters have the same default animation in the character selection menu. This has never been a big thing neither does it affect my game play, it is only a little annoying when you hear from others that the sm animation is pretty cool. I only have one which is assassin, templar,sorc and cleric. the other subclasses share the same animation. As I said no biggie.
Then there is the matter that I am no longer able to launch aion with the launcher as it gives me numerous errors. I am going to attach some of the errors I have got so far. I have been using Aion Rain Meter to allow me to play Aion ever since the 2nd or 3rd update of 4.0 since my launcher refuses to either fix itself or actually download anything. It just sits there for a long time and then comes up with an error. I was able to somehow fix it and update Aion after one of the events. I am still not sure how or what happened for it to work but I had sent a support ticket for help since I could log in through ARM but the update had not been applied since I couldn't use the launcher to update. < Basically my Aion was broken, I could not view the new general armors or buy stuff from npc or do anything but afk staring at my screen> Support team were of no use, as usual. (They are always telling me that's its my connection and my service provider. Yes, my connection is sucky and bad but the fact remains that I can update and download stuff all the time. I have played GW2 since 2012 and have been able to keep it updated with NO issues whatsoever AND was able to update my disc copy to the full gw2 version on my pc using this same internet on that first day of buying it... Same with some games that I bought discs of and had to update/download online.)) sO Basically I gave up on playing Aion and next day just tried one last time to update launcher and it magically worked. So I could launch Aion the normal way till the next update. Same error and same problem but Aion Rain Meter still allowed me to play. I only encounter problems after big event updates or new game input.
So basically my problem is that my launcher was breaking in the beginning. It is working now but it wont update/download the files that I am missing. Apparently I am missing 4.7/4.8 gigs . Comes up with errors without fail. I cannot even send these errors in through the launcher support thing. It doesn't work. I can only play Aion through Aion Rain Meter and sometimes that causes problems if updates/events are applied.
And just some added info my brother tried to update his Aion copy since he hadn't been playing for a while and same errors/ same problem. My cousin as well tried to update and he uses a different internet server provider... he got the same problem as well.

I thought that if i deleted my copy of Aion and did a full re install that it might work but alas it got stuck and then comes up with ... guess what... the same error as before.
I do not know what is up but there is seriously something wrong. And support only comes back to me saying my connection is bad. It may be but why is it that with only Aion, that I have problems.
I would really like to have my Aion copy fixed and back to the way it should be.. without any weird errors sooo maybe if there is anyone out there who had a problem like this and knows how to fix it please, please let me know!!
